I finished reading Buddhism Plain and Simple this morning.
What can I say?
Nothing, but temporary praise, since all is in flux including everything that I type here.
My mom wants to read the book next. I'll give it to her today when we meet for our regular family Sunday dinner at six. I'll
be curious to hear her reaction to this view of Buddhism.
I am going to continue reading more about Buddhism, but something more
geared to Theravada Buddhism.
Today is my Friday in terms of my work week. It has been another
long week, glad it is almost over.
Bloomingdale's opened yesterday in Atlanta. B and I have plans
to check it out on Tuesday. I am interested in seeing if it is just
another department store or different somehow.
